1444.12 EMERGENCIES.

Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the Building Department from summarily making safe any condition which, in the judgment of the Superintendent of the Building Department, poses such an imminent hazard and threat to personal safety that abatement must occur before the time limits specified in this chapter.
