The Hearing Board on Dangerous Buildings and Code Appeals shall take the testimony of the Superintendent of the Building Department, the owner of the dangerous building and any interested party. The Board shall render its decision, either closing the proceedings or ordering the building to be demolished or otherwise made safe.
