1436.03 REGISTRATION FEES.

   (a)   The fee for the registration of a master plumber shall be ten dollars ($10.00) and for a journeyman plumber five dollars ($5.00).

   (b)   Any person residing in or desiring to register as a master or journeyman plumber in the City shall deposit with the City Clerk the fee required and shall receive from the City Clerk the proper receipt thereof.
