1434.03 FEE; REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.

   (a)   The fee for the registration of a mechanical contractor shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00).

   (b)   Any person desiring to register as a mechanical contractor in the City shall deposit with the Building Department the fee required in subsection (a) hereof and shall receive from the Building Department a registration certificate.
