1430.09 COMPLAINTS TO COMMISSION; TIME LIMITS.
   The Builders Registration Commission may consider only those complaints which are presented to it in writing and which are made within one year after the completion, occupancy or purchase of a residential structure. However, complaints presented by the proper authorities charged with the enforcement of City ordinances, codes and regulations governing construction of residential structures shall be considered by the Commission only if made by written complaint within sixty days after the completion, occupancy or purchase of the structure.
