The fees for each permit for the installation, repair or cutting of sidewalks, driveway approaches, private driveways and/or curb cuts shall be as follows:
Sidewalks
Minimum fee, two flags or less 8.00
Each additional flag or portion thereof 1.00
Drive approaches, single drive 8.00
Drive approaches over 8 feet 8.00 plus $1.00 per foot
Private driveways (based on new construction
and alteration fee schedule,
Section 1428.04)
Curb cuts (per linear foot) 1.00
Minimum fee for any one curb cut 10.00
