1428.12 ANNUAL INSPECTIONS.
   All commercial and industrial buildings and facilities, all multiple dwellings (three units and over), all places of public assembly and all public establishments, when required to be inspected annually for compliance with minimum health, safety and public welfare requirements, shall be subject to the following fee schedule:
   Assembly halls
      Not over 100 seats or 2,000 sq. ft.         $30.00

   Barber and beauty shops               25.00
   Barber colleges and beauty schools            40.00

   Note:   Two or more mixed uses under single management shall be charged the applicable fee for each, i.e. motel and restaurant.
   Each of such fees shall be payable to the City Treasurer within thirty days after the date of submission. Failure to pay such fee shall subject the premises to a special assessment as provided in Chapter IX, Section 44 of the City Charter.
