Fees for the erection, relocation, alteration or repair of signs shall be as follows:
(a) Wall, Mansard, Marquee, Ground and Roof Signs.
16 sq. ft. of display area or under $20.00
Over 16 sq. ft. to 100 sq. ft. 25.00
Each additional 100 sq. ft. or
fraction thereof 5.00
(b) Portable Trade Signs.
Maximum one sign per location 15.00
(c) Temporary Signs and Banners. All temporary signs, banner displays, pennant strings or similar decorations shall be subject to a deposit, in addition to the permit fee, to guarantee removal upon expiration of the temporary permit. The fees and deposits shall be as follows:

(d) Sign Erectors. License fees for sign erectors shall be computed in accordance with the following schedule:
Licenses issued between January 1 and
August 31 (original issue) $40.00
Licenses issued between September 1
and December 31 (original issue) 25.00
Renewal fee if issued before March 1 20.00
(e) Insurance. A liability insurance policy for all sign work shall be required as set forth in Section 1428.14.
