1428.07 FENCES.
   Fees for fences shall be computed in accordance with the following schedule:
   Temporary fences at construction or excavation
      sites (included in construction fee)      N/C
   Other Fences
      First 100 linear feet or fraction thereof   8.00
      Each additional 100 linear feet or
         fraction thereof         4.00
