1428.06 MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND SPECIAL INSPECTIONS.
   Miscellaneous fees and special inspection rates are as follows:
   (a)   Miscellaneous Fees.
      (1)   Hearing Board on Dangerous Buildings
         and Code Appeals hearing, request
         for code interpretation,
         residential or commercial      $20.00
      (2)   Zoning Board of Appeals hearing,
         request for variance,
         residential or commercial      40.00
      (3)   Planning Commission, public
         hearing for rezoning      100.00
      (4)   Information permit      20.00
      (5)   Failure to secure a permit
         (in addition to required fee)   100.00
   (b)   Special Inspections.
      (1)   Inspection called for, either
         work not ready or entry
         unattainable         20.00
      (2)   Inspections requested to be
         made outside normal working
         hours, or on Saturdays,
         Sundays or City and/or
         National Holidays, per hour
         and/or fraction thereof
         (in addition to required fees)      30.00
      (3)   Inspections pertaining to the
         sale of buildings, change in use
         or tenancy, certificate of
         occupancy, license changes or
         transfers or code compliance:

         motels, etc.
         3 to 5 units         35.00
         Each additional 5 units or

      (5)   Public establishments (bars and

         Not exceeding 2,000 sq. ft.      25.00
         Over 2,000 sq. ft.      30.00
      (6)   Retail stores and tenant spaces

         2,001 to 5,000 sq. ft.      30.00
         5,001 to 10,000 sq. ft. per floor   35.00

   A Fire Department inspection is required on all items set forth in paragraphs (b)(4) to (6) hereof.
