Prior to the erection of any building or structure, or any addition or alteration thereto, in any zoning district of the City, and prior to the commencement of any land use requiring special approval or any planned unit development, other than single-family detached residences and accessory buildings, twelve sets of site plans shall be submitted to the Building Department as set forth in Section 1290.29 of the Zoning Code. Fees for site plan review are as follows:
(a) Nonresidential site plans, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) plus five dollars ($5.00) per acre or fraction thereof;
(b) Residential site plans (apartments, townhouses, etc.), twenty-five dollars ($25.00) plus two dollars ($2.00) per dwelling unit.
