1268.04 SITE PLAN REVIEW.

For all uses in a Single Family Residential District (SFRD), other than single-family detached dwellings and accessory buildings and uses thereto, a site plan shall be submitted for review and approval in accordance with Section 1296.01, Site Plan Review.
