Any person, organization or business entity with whom or which the City contracts for the purpose of providing ambulance service to persons within the City requiring such service shall hold the City harmless from liability arising from his, her or its vehicles or the negligence of his, her or its personnel, or relating in any way to any service he, she or it provides under such contract, and shall provide insurance coverage protecting the City against claims for damages arising from his, her or its operations. Such insurance policy shall be in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) and shall name the City as an additional insured.
