1062.07 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Council may from time to time adopt, revise and amend rules or regulations not in conflict with this chapter, to be observed by all persons using or enjoying the property, facilities and grounds referred to in this chapter, which rules and regulations, and amendments and revisions thereof, shall be printed and posted in a conspicuous place on or near parks or recreation areas and facilities.
