(a) Whoever violates Section 1061.02, COLLECTION AND CONTAINMENT, is responsible for a Municipal Civil Infraction and shall be subject to payment of a civil fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), plus costs and other sanctions, for each infraction. Repeat offenses under this section shall be subject to increased fines as provided in Section 202.101 of the Administrative Code.
