In the event of any emergency or disaster the Grantee shall, upon the request of an appropriate City official, make available its facilities during the emergency or disaster period. The Grantee shall also maintain an emergency override capability for the purpose of allowing proper officials to warn subscribers of emergency or disaster situations. This capability will allow audio and/or video override of all channels simultaneously, and is to be used only in emergency situations. Periodic testing shall be the responsibility of the Grantee. The Grantee shall be held harmless of the City's use or operation of the emergency alert system.
