A Grantee shall assume the costs incidental to its franchise renewal and the publication of this chapter as such publication is required by law. A bill shall be presented to the Grantee by the appropriate City officials upon the Grantee's filing of its acceptance of this ordinance, and the said costs shall be paid at that time by the Grantee.
