1052.20 COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS.

All facilities and equipment of a Grantee shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the National Electrical Safety Code and such applicable ordinances and regulations as set forth by the City and/or any State or Federal agencies.
