1052.11 FRANCHISE FEE.

In consideration of the terms of a franchise, a Grantee shall pay to the City annually a sum of money equal to five percent of the Grantee's gross revenues per year in the City. No license fees or taxes levied upon a Grantee by the City shall be credited against the payment.
