1040.12 AUTHORITY TO COUNCIL TO CEASE OPERATIONS.

Any rights acquired under any permit authorized pursuant to this chapter shall cease whenever Council so directs. All poles, wires, conduits, mains, pipes or other appliances shall thereupon be removed or relocated, upon proper permit to do so, at the expense of the person erecting, laying or controlling the same.
