888.08 CONDITION OF PREMISES; GRADING; ILLUMINATION; BARRIERS; CURBS.
   All used automobile places of business and sites upon which a license has been issued shall be graveled, kept neat and orderly, graded and properly illuminated at all times. In cases of open lots, automobiles shall not be parked closer than two feet from the lot line wherever the lot abuts a public sidewalk, and one foot from other lot lines. A barrier eighteen inches high and two feet from all public sidewalk lines and parallel thereto shall be constructed and maintained except in front of the area used for entrances and exits to the lot. In lieu of the barrier, a curb may be constructed extending six inches above the ground surface and set back from the sidewalk a sufficient distance to keep all motor vehicles on the lot at least two feet from all public sidewalks.
