Each used automobile dealer shall carry public liability and property damage insurance in an amount of at least one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) public liability and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) property damage insurance upon each automobile operated by him or her or his or her agents, prospective customers and employees upon the streets of the City.
