888.04 LICENSE FEE; EXPIRATION.

The license fee for each site used by any person as a regularly established used automobile business in the City shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per year or fraction thereof. Such license shall expire on the first Tuesday in May next following the time application for the license is made.
