888.01 USED AUTOMOBILE DEALER DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, "used automobile dealer" means a dealer in used automobiles when purchased or sold as a unit, and does not include the storage, display or sale of automobile accessories, tires or parts, or the business of taking in exchange or buying automobiles for the purpose of dismantling or handling the same as junk.
