886.03 LICENSE ISSUANCE; FEE; BOND.
   The Mayor and Council are authorized to grant a license required by this chapter to any citizen of the United States who is at least twenty-one years of age and of good character, or to any firm, copartnership or corporation organized or doing business in accordance with the laws of the State. The license may be granted by the Mayor and Council upon the applicant paying into the City treasury the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and executing a bond in the penal sum of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500), with one or more sureties, conditioned that such person, firm, copartnership or corporation shall faithfully observe the conditions of this chapter.
