882.24 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Chief of Police is authorized to make such additional rules and regulations within the scope of and consistent with this chapter as may be necessary or proper to carry out the provisions of this chapter and effectuate the objectives hereof. Such rules and regulations, when formulated and published, shall be regarded as a part of this chapter.
