880.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; EXCEPTION.

(a) No person shall maintain an establishment in the City to engage in or do tattooing without first obtaining a license therefor in accordance with this chapter.

(b) Such license shall not be required of a registered physician who causes a person to be tattooed for medical reasons.
