872.02 RESTRICTIONS ON LICENSE ISSUANCE.

No license required by this chapter shall be issued except to a business properly registered pursuant to these Codified Ordinances and unless the items proposed to be sold outdoors are related to and are displayed immediately adjacent to an existing registered place of business. Any dispute as to relevancy of the outdoor sale items shall be referred to Council for resolution.
