If a licensee under this chapter or any of his or her employees is found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter, the Chief of Police shall report such violation to Council, which, after notice to the licensee, shall revoke his or her license. The violator, upon such revocation, shall not be permitted to carry on such business in the City for a period of one year after such revocation.
