868.22 INVESTIGATIONS BY POLICE DEPARTMENT; FEE.

The fee for an investigation by the Police Department for all matters of transfer, change of name, sale or application for a liquor license or permit shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), payable in advance, to the City Treasurer.
