868.21 REMOVAL OF ALCOHOL FROM PREMISES.

No licensee operating or maintaining a restaurant under this chapter and selling or offering for sale alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises shall allow or permit alcoholic liquor or any part thereof to be removed from the premises.
