868.20 MANNER OF CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

No licensee operating or maintaining a restaurant under this chapter shall sell or serve alcoholic liquor unless the purchaser is seated at a table, and shall not serve or offer for sale alcoholic liquor over a bar for consumption thereat.
