868.16 AGE AND HEALTH OF EMPLOYEES.
   No licensee under this chapter shall employ anyone under twenty-one years of age. However, this restriction shall apply to those licensees who are dispensing beer, wine or liquor on the premises in accordance with the liquor law of the State. No licensee shall employ any person who does not own and possess a health certificate issued by the County Health Department showing such person to be free from disease and not a disease germ carrier. If the Department ceases to issue such health certificates, the same shall be issued by a registered practicing physician of the City. The examination of the employee and the certificate issued thereon shall be renewed at least once in every six months.
