Every licensee under this chapter who is also licensed to sell alcoholic liquor shall abide by and comply with the laws of the United States and the State relative to the sale of such alcoholic liquor and with the rules and regulations of the Liquor Control Commission of the State. Failure to do so shall be sufficient cause for the revocation of the restaurant license and shall be a violation of this chapter.
