868.11 VIEW OF INTERIOR; LIGHTING.

Any licensee operating or conducting a business as provided for in this chapter shall not obstruct a clear view of that portion of the premises occupied by customers or patrons, but shall keep the windows thereof open for clear vision from the outside, shall have the premises clearly lighted at night and shall use no means to subdue the artificial lighting system.
