868.09 TAXATION RESPONSIBILITIES OF LICENSEES.

No license required by this chapter shall be granted to any applicant who owes any personal taxes to the City or who makes use of or contemplates the use in the restaurant business of any personal property, fixtures or effects upon which any personal property taxes are owing.
