868.03 LICENSE CLASSIFICATIONS.
   All restaurants in the City shall be classified as follows:
   (a)   A Class A restaurant shall be a restaurant, buffet, lunchroom, lunch counter, dining room of a hotel and every other place where food is manufactured, served, sold or consumed on the premises and which is licensed to sell beer only.
   (b)   A Class B restaurant shall be a restaurant, buffet, lunchroom, lunch counter, dining room of a hotel and every other place where food is manufactured, served, sold or consumed on the premises and which is licensed to sell beer and wine for consumption on the premises.
   (c)   A Class C restaurant shall be a restaurant, buffet, lunchroom, lunch counter, dining room of a hotel and every other place where food is manufactured, served, sold or consumed on the premises and which is licensed to sell beer, wine, whiskey and other spirituous or intoxicating liquors for consumption on the premises.
   (d)   A Class D restaurant shall be a restaurant, buffet, lunchroom, lunch counter, dining room of a hotel and every other place where food is manufactured, served, sold and consumed on the premises and which is not licensed to sell beer, wine, whiskey and other spirituous or intoxicating liquors for consumption on the premises.
