866.12 EXCEPTIONS FOR RENTAL DWELLINGS.

Any business or individual that is required to register as a rental dwelling unit pursuant to Chapter 1482 of the Building and Housing Code and has complied with the provisions therein shall, upon proof of registration, be exempted from the registration requirements of this chapter.
