(a) Any person engaged in the conduct of any business, trade or industry required to be registered pursuant to this chapter shall renew such registration annually and shall pay a registration renewal fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) with each annual renewal.

(b) Each annual registration renewal shall expire on the first Tuesday of May of each year.
(c) When any business, trade or industry is registered after March 30, no annual renewal thereof shall be required until the first Tuesday in May of the calendar year next following.
(d) Any applicant for such annual renewal shall provide the City Clerk with the name and current address of the owner of such business, trade or industry.
(e) This section shall not apply to any business, trade or industry which is otherwise and specifically required elsewhere in these Codified Ordinances to obtain or renew a license annually.
