862.14 REVOCATION OF LICENSES.
   Upon any conviction of any person doing business as a pawnbroker under this chapter, or upon conviction of any clerk, agent, servant or employee of any such person, upon any charge of violation of this chapter, the license of such person shall forthwith be revoked by the Mayor or Council President. No part of the license fee of such person shall be returned to him or her, and no further license as a pawnbroker shall be granted to such person for one year from the date of such revocation.
