858.04 LICENSE FEE; EXPIRATION; TRANSFERABILITY.

All licenses required by this chapter shall expire at 12:00 midnight of the first Tuesday of May following their issuance, unless sooner revoked by Council. A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid for every license issued. No license issued shall be transferable.
