854.06 UNSANITARY CONDITIONS; NOTICE; REMEDIES.
Upon a finding of defective or unsanitary conditions in any milk or ice vending machine licensed under this chapter, the Environmental Ordinance Officer and Special Projects shall cause a written notice, specifying the defective or unsanitary condition, to be given to the owner or operator. Such notice shall state that the defective or unsanitary condition specified must be remedied forthwith. If it is not possible to remedy the same forthwith or before any of the milk stored in the machine spoils or the ice becomes contaminated, the machine shall not be operated until the objections of the Environmental Ordinance Officer and Special Projects have been remedied. No person shall permit the machine to be used until such objections are corrected.
