The Environmental Ordinance Officer and Special Projects shall periodically inspect milk or ice vending machines to determine that the standards of sanitation are fully and completely maintained. The standards of cleanliness and operation of machines shall be as follows:
(a) The machines shall be situated and constructed in full compliance with these Codified Ordinances.
(b) Wiring of the machines shall conform in all respects to these Codified Ordinances.
(c) The temperature shall be kept at thirty-three to thirty-eight degrees Fahrenheit at all times within machines used for the storage and sale of milk, and at below thirty degrees Fahrenheit for machines used for the storage and sale of ice.
(d) Machines shall be kept thoroughly clean at all times. No person shall store or keep spoiled or contaminated milk in milk machines at any time, or contaminated ice in ice machines.
(e) The entire interior of machines shall be of such construction, material and finish that the same can be easily and readily cleaned and kept in a wholesome and sanitary condition.
