854.03 LICENSE DISPLAY; EXPIRATION.

Licenses held under this chapter shall be prominently displayed on each milk or ice vending machine and a separate license shall be required for each machine operated in the City. Each such license and renewal thereof shall expire on the first Tuesday in May following the issuance thereof.
