As used in this chapter:
(a) "Ice vending machine" means any type of machine, equipment, device or structure in which ice is stored in any manner for delivery in any manner to consumers who may obtain the same by insertion of a coin or coins in the device or by payment of a fee therefor.
(b) "Individual consumer" means any person who has obtained milk or ice from machines by inserting a coin or coins therein.
(c) "Milk vending machine" means any type of machine in which milk is stored in any type of receptacle for delivery to consumers by insertion of a coin or coins in the device.
(d) "Owner" and "operator" mean and include any person in whom title to a vending machine rests, or the individual employed by such person to supervise or manage the operation of such vending machine for the benefit of individual consumers.
