(a) Any machine, apparatus, contrivance or device which has been made use of in violation of the gambling laws of the State may be seized and destroyed in compliance with the statutes of the State relating to gambling devices.
(b) Any license issued under this chapter by the City may be revoked or suspended after notice and a hearing for good cause, or where any of the provisions of this chapter or of Chapter 850 have been violated, or where any agent, servant or employee of the licensee engages in, permits or knowingly acquiesces to any conduct which violates any of the provisions of this chapter or Chapter 850.
