Any license issued under this chapter by the City may be revoked or suspended after notice and a hearing for good cause, or where any of the provisions of this chapter or Chapter 852 are violated, or where any agent, servant or employee of the licensee engages in, permits or knowingly acquiesces to any conduct which violates any of the provisions of this chapter or Chapter 852.
