(a) Any amusement arcade containing film or video viewing devices or booths shall comply with the requirements of subsection (b) hereof if the material exhibited by the devices or the live conduct observed by means and use of the booths depicts, contains or includes any of the following elements:
(1) Vaginal or anal intercourse between persons, regardless of sex;
(2) Sexual contact between humans and animals;
(3) Masturbation, whether of another or one's self;
(4) Oral sex, real or simulated;
(5) Graphic depiction of human excretory functions;
(6) Fondling or other erotic touching of the genitalia, pubic region, buttocks, anus or female breasts of another or of one's self; or
(7) Specified anatomical areas, defined as:
A. Less than completely and opaquely covered;
1. Human genitalia and/or pubic region;
2. Buttocks, anus; or
3. Female breast below a point immediately above the top of the areola;
B. Human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered.
(b) Each and every viewing booth for all film or video devices or live conduct must comply with all of the following:
(1) It must be visible from a well-illuminated continuous main aisle;
(2) It shall not be obscured by any curtain, door or other enclosure;
(3) All side or rear walls must be without holes or openings;
(4) It shall not be occupied by more than one patron at a time; and
(5) It shall be illuminated by a light bulb of a wattage of no less than twenty-five watts.
(c) No owner, operator, employee or agent of an amusement arcade shall violate this section and/or allow and/or permit a violation thereof to occur.
(d) No patron of an amusement arcade shall violate paragraph (b)(4) hereof.
