(a) The annual fee for the establishment and operation of a mechanical amusement device arcade shall be seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), plus an additional fifty dollars ($50.00) per year per mechanical amusement device or video game.

(b) Licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire on the first Tuesday of May of each year unless sooner revoked.
