848.10 INSPECTIONS.

Every massage parlor shall, at reasonable business hours, be held open for inspection by duly authorized representatives of City departments concerned with the licensing and supervision of such establishments. The Health Officer shall have general sanitary supervision thereof. Moral supervision of the same shall be directed by the Police Chief.
